Europe is full to the brim with gorgeous places, magical views and breathtaking landscapes. Whoever visits always leave their heart in Europe. It’s hard not to fall in love with capitals like Prague or Budapest, for example.
If you’re a sucker for fascinating cityscapes that Europe has to offer, here are the most picturesque cities on the Old Continent:

Venture over the Danube River and visit Castle Hill and Fisherman’s Bastion to marvel at the marvelous views over the city from above.

- Lisbon, Portugal – Though it became a very touristy destination for the past few years, Lisbon is still a favourite destination of mine. Bursting in bright colours, life and culture, the Portoguese capital will make fall in love with its old – timey charm and delicious food, under the tunes of fado.
- Rome, Italy – I just can’t get enough of Italy! Now under the spotlight is Rome. The city will surely leave you in awe with its history and dream- like atmosphere. Not to mention the food! Rome is best explored on foot, so pick some walking shoes when visiting.
- Reykjavik, Iceland – smaller than you would expect, more beautiful than you could imagine! Friendly people, gorgeous landscapes, unique architecture and cozy atmosphere – what more to desire?
- Zurich, Switzerland – one of the most beautiful cities in all of Switzerland, no doubt about it! You can see why just by looking at the pictures, but even they won’t make it justice. The city has its own charm and attention to details.
- Stockholm, Sweden – a city you would want to return to many, many times over. Surrounded by water and full of greenery, the city offers unforgettable wild beauty and breathtaking views!
